Overview

Nisqually Tribal Health & Wellness Center is an ambulatory care facility. We offer outpatient, family practice medical care, along with dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and traditional healing services.

We offer a wide range of traditional and Western medical care in our facility. We have 15 exam rooms including 3 dedicated pediatric exam rooms and one special Elders room, where we provide a variety of services throughout the patient’s life cycle As a family practice, we have a variety of medical providers, nurses, and support staff As a patient here, you can choose a primary care provider or PCP Each provider’s availability may differ Your PCP will be the provider you choose to see for most of your visits and the provider who knows you best.
