The Nisqually Indian Tribe seeks proposals from qualified attorneys and law firms interested in assisting Nisqually Tribal Members with probates pending in Nisqually Tribal Court and before the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The Tribe’s seat of government and Tribal Court are located on the Nisqually Indian Reservation near Olympia, Washington. Proposals should be submitted via e-mail no later than 5:00 P.M. PST on Friday, October 10th 2025. 

The Nisqually Building Department on behalf of the Nisqually Indian Tribe is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for interested Contractors to submit proposals for the Heating and Cooling Upgrades for (3) Nisqually Homes project.  Minority and disadvantaged companies are encouraged to submit proposals. CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMITAL SHALL BE: October 13th, 2025 by 5pm.

The Nisqually Indian Tribe is currently requesting grant proposals for salmon habitat restoration and protection projects in the Nisqually River watershed. Approximately $1.8 million in federal and state funds are available for on-the-ground habitat restoration projects, land acquisitions, or assessments that will lead to projects. The Nisqually Indian Tribe is the lead entity that coordinates the solicitation and ranking of projects for the Nisqually Watershed. Interested parties must submit a Letter of Intent to the Nisqually Indian Tribe’s Natural Resources Office by December 1st 2025, with completed applications due in February.
