Overview

Assisting Native American People with disabilities in making informed choices that encourage the achievement of gainful employment while promoting personal empowerment, independence and integration into family, community and work place with respect to individual cultural and traditional values.  To be eligible for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services the client MUST have a documented disability or if there is no documentation we will refer client out for assessments to verify disability.  After verification of disability we will determine if the client is employable and if the outcome is they are not, they will be referred to apply for disability benefits. Clients must be enrolled in a federally recognized tribe and residing in Thurston County.
